Job summary

SoftServe seeks an experienced on-site Program Manager to lead a Data & AI transformation program for a major energy-sector client. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, coordinating business, engineering, and finance stakeholders across data platforms, AI solutions, data governance, and analytics.

This is a US-based onsite role with a base salary range of $156,000–$180,000. You will manage multiple workstreams, drive agile delivery, and report progress to client leadership,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Technology Consulting within large enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation initiatives, preferably within the energy, utilities, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, data governance, analytics, and AI concepts, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into structured delivery plans for engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Jira; exposure to Databricks, AWS, and Power BI is preferred
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business leaders

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as the primary onsite representative for the Data & AI program
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, and other business teams to identify opportunities where data, analytics, and AI solutions can deliver measurable value
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans for distributed engineering teams
• Manage a portfolio of parallel initiatives, coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams
• Partner with delivery teams to estimate, plan, and successfully execute Data & AI initiatives, including Databricks modernization, data governance, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, business workshops, sprint reviews, demonstrations, UAT activities, and adoption planning
• Communicate delivery status, business value, risks, and dependencies to client leadership and internal stakeholders
• Drive adoption of delivered solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future program growth
• Work onsite full-time in West Palm Beach, Florida, and meet all client site access and background screening requirements
