Job summary

your Jared is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end data and AI engagements across the EU from Wrocław. You will set governance, align cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against client expectations.

This role requires 10+ years in tech program management, strong stakeholder skills, and hands-on AI/ML delivery knowledge, including MLOps and AI SDLC. Hybrid work in Poland with international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management in tech services or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering data, analytics, or AI programs at scale.
• Hands-on AI/ML delivery with knowledge of MLOps and AI SDLC.
• Strong stakeholder management, including C-level interactions.
• Experience in matrixed, multi-geography organizations with distributed teams.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Delivery leadership experience in global IT services.
• Familiarity with EPAM delivery models and regional structure.
• Experience across EU verticals: CPGR, Life Science, Financial Services, Energy.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs and Agentic AI in SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across multiple concurrent data and AI engagements within the EU region.
• Establish governance structures: status reporting, risk management, escalation paths, and delivery cadences.
• Drive delivery quality by aligning teams to milestones and client expectations.
• Manage program dependencies, resource constraints, and cross-team coordination.
• Champion adoption of the AI Delivery Model framework across client engagements.
• Collaborate with the AI CoE and Delivery Managers to pilot, iterate, and scale AI-augmented SDLC processes.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI tooling into delivery workflows for faster, higher-quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with BU leads, GDO partners, and key client stakeholders.
• Act as a primary escalation point for program-level issues with clear communication.
• Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and solution design for data and AI programs.
• Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans and communicate progress to executives.
• Mentor Delivery Managers and project leads; support onboarding and buddy allocation.
• Contribute to practice-wide initiatives, including KPI design and capability building.
• Participate in community-building activities, including events and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in a technology services or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex data, analytics, or AI programs at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML delivery and a solid understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and AI SDLC frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level clients and engineering teams.
• Experience working in a matrixed, multi-geography organization with distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent command of program governance practices, including risk, RAID, reporting, and change management.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Efficiency in acquiring new knowledge.
• Nice to have German language skills, written and/or spoken.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a delivery leadership role within a global IT services company.
• Familiarity with EPAM delivery models, tools, and regional structure.
• Background working across multiple EU verticals: CPGR, Life Science, Financial Services, and Energy.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs and Agentic AI in SDLC.
