Job summary

Sentior, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives in Łódź, Poland. You will coordinate complex programs across FI, AP, AR, Treasury and Controlling, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has deep SAP experience (ECC/S/4HANA), strong process knowledge and excellent communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset suited to a hybrid onsite role in Łódź.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in finance transformation or ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of finance processes across FI, AP, AR, Treasury, and Controlling.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA is required.

Responsibilities
