Bpxglobal seeks an experienced Profitability & Cost Transformation Senior Manager to advise international clients on profitability improvement and cost optimisation. The role combines financial performance, cost transformation and programme leadership to deliver sustainable business value.

The position requires leading complex programmes, diagnostics and governance with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Commercial and Strategy, including travel up to 30% internationally.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance or business transformation.
• Background in a strategy consultancy, Big 4, investment banking, M&A/advisory or similar environment.
• Strong experience in cost reduction, profitability, margin improvement and/or operational performance.
• Experience leading transformation programmes from diagnostics through implementation.
• Strong financial, analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Financial Services, Consumer Products, Energy, Pharma/Life Sciences or Public Sector is an advantage.
• ACCA, CIMA, CFA or similar qualification would be a plus.

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Profitability & Cost Transformation Senior Manager to support international clients in improving profitability, optimising costs and delivering sustainable business value.

This is a senior consulting role combining financial performance, cost transformation, profitability improvement and programme leadership.

• Contract type: B2B
• Location: mostly remote / international environment
• Travel: up to 30% international travel (ability to travel and work within the EU/UK)
