Job summary

Mondelez International in Warsaw, Poland, invites an experienced Project Manager Productivity to lead projects focused on productivity, product change, and quality improvements from initiation through launch.

The role collaborates with RD&Q, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Legal and Marketing to deliver initiatives on time, within budget and to high standards. Regular stakeholder communication and risk mitigation are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid Project Management experience and knowledge of PM processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across functions.
• Strong meetings management and communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan project scopes, goals, tasks and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and engage stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for clear status updates.
• Ensure effective communication with all functions involved in the project.
• Perform risk assessment and contingency planning to keep projects on track.
• Minimize waste and complexity by leveraging existing assets.
• Close projects and document learnings for future initiatives.
