Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/CPG supply chains.
• Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean or Six Sigma tools and concepts.
• Strong financial and project management skills.
• Knowledge of material & production planning and inventory control.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage team to optimize assets and scheduling to meet production, distribution, and customer requirements.
• Lead end-to-end Supply Network pillar to reduce losses and deliver cost, cash, service gains.
• Ensure Plant Warehouse and Re-Packing operations meet KPI targets.
• Develop talent, capabilities, and engagement for a sustainable future workforce.
• Interface with stakeholders to align priorities and maintain compliance with standards and laws.
