As a Production Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assembly and connection of automotive parts .


• Operating and maintaining the production line .

• Base Salary: 4,810 PLN gross (~3,609 PLN net / $1,001 USD net) per month .


• Monthly Bonus: Up to 10% of the base rate, boosting your monthly earnings up to 5,291 PLN gross (~3,937 PLN net / $1,092 USD net) .


• Overtime Pay: Opportunities for paid overtime according to Polish Labor Law – many of our employees earn over 5,000 PLN net (~$1,387 USD net) per month !

• Work Schedule: 3-shift system (06:00\u201314:00 / 14:00\u201322:00 / 22:00\u201306:00) with Saturdays and Sundays off .
