GEDIA Poland Sp. z o.o. is part of the international GEDIA Automotive Group, a recognized supplier to the automotive industry. The company has extensive experience in the processing of steel and aluminum. Designs and manufactures body elements, body structures. Production uses the latest technologies (cold and hot stamping, welding, laser cutting, soldering). Production is fully robotized and automated.

GEDIA Group employs almost 4,000 people worldwide and has been operating for more than a hundred years.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of machines with software (Everything will be taught on the spot).
• Quality control, packaging of parts according to the norms and standards of the enterprise.
• Maintenance of internal logistics transport (a variety of forklifts; UDT certificate is a mandatory condition).
• Maintenance of enterprise warehouses.
• Work in three shifts: 22-06; 14-22; 06-14.

Working conditions

• Working hours: 8 hours per day; 200 hours per month.
• Department of hot and cold stamping parts; department of spot welding with robots.
• Accommodation — free comfortable accommodation is provided (rooms for up to 6 people, PLN 100 utilities). If renting a house personally, additional financing of PLN 400 gross is provided.
• Medical commission at the expense of the employer.
• Travel to and from work — within walking distance up to 4 kilometers; transport is not provided.
• Special clothing at the expense of the employer.
• The employer pays all taxes and insurance for the employee.

Qualifications and expectations

• Age up to 50 years old; older candidates may be considered individually.
• Experience in industrial/automotive environments is desirable.
• Willingness to work in a production setting and to follow company norms and standards.

Other information

• Salary: 19 PLN net per hour or 20 PLN per hour net with a tax resident certificate.
