Grigeo Group seeks a Process Engineer or Production Technologist to optimise production lines, reduce downtime, and coordinate material planning within a large, stable manufacturing group that values continuous improvement and LEAN practices.

You will apply your engineering degree and at least one year of experience to drive efficiency, train staff, and develop technical documentation while collaborating across Polish and English-speaking teams.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year as Process Engineer or Production Technologist in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality and OHS procedures in manufacturing.
• Proactive, responsible and innovative approach.
• Ability to plan and organize work independently.
• Strong logical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
• Good communication in Polish and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure efficiency and performance of production lines.
• Reduce downtime caused by technical and process issues.
• Manage inventory of technical spare parts.
• Train employees on operation and adjustments.
• Plan, order and manage key raw materials and supplies.
• Establish consumption standards and monitor usage; prepare reports.
• Prepare technical, regulatory, environmental and quality docs; organize records.
• Oversee and coordinate the implementation of investment projects.
• Improve production processes.
• Maintain and implement LEAN practices.
