Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Process Operator for our Pełkinie facility in Poland. The role ensures installations operate per procedures, monitors performance, and guarantees delivery of (semi-)finished products meeting specifications.

You will perform quality checks, adjust equipment, and support maintenance teams while adhering to safety and ESG standards to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Technical English – Read and comprehend.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust installations according to procedures and policies.
• Operate pumps, open and close taps, etc.
• Fix alerts and perform quality checks on products.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with colleagues to ensure quality products.
• Control the production output of an installation.
• Carry out auxiliary tasks and assist maintenance technicians as required.
• Enter production data into the IT system.
• Wear and manage personal protective equipment in accordance with safety policy.
