Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Szczecin is seeking a Production Planning Manager to lead the Production Planning team and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing capacity. You will work across Material Planning, Production, and Quality to balance demand and resources, drive performance through KPIs, and coordinate with procurement to secure materials for the plan.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production planning, SAP experience, strong Excel/reporting skills, and English at least B2,

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in production planning.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
SAP experience.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Understanding of MRP, capacity planning, and scheduling.
English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the daily work of the Production Planning team.
Plan and release production orders; monitor execution and adjust as needed.
Analyze demand vs. production capacity and manage loading & bottlenecks.
Monitor KPIs like On-Time Delivery and Capacity Utilization; identify gaps and act.
Collaborate with Material Planning, Production, Quality, and Customer Service.
Coordinate with procurement to align material availability with production needs.
Drive continuous improvements in capacity, lead times, and inventory.
