Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Operational Technology Supporter to serve as the go-to IT expert in production environments at our Stargard, Poland facility. You will drive incident resolution, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements to enhance operational performance and reliability.

The role reports to the Global IT Support Manager and collaborates with IT Client Support and the Global Operations Digital Excellence department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or manufacturing IT.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Experience driving root cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for production-related systems and equipment.
• Support and troubleshoot technologies connected to manufacturing cells, including PLC-connected systems, Label printers and printing solutions, Industrial PCs and workstations, Production network connectivity and related infrastructure.
• Act as the primary IT escalation point for complex production issues impacting manufacturing operations.
