Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an IT Supporter for our Stargard, Poland facility. You will be the go-to IT expert for production environments, troubleshooting PLC-connected systems, label printers, industrial PCs, and the production network to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.

This on-site role reports to the Global IT Support Manager and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, and the IT client support teams to resolve incidents, identify root causes,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, or manufacturing IT.
• Experience supporting production or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for production systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-connected systems, printers, PCs, and network infrastructure.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex production issues.
