Job summary

OPTIVEUM sp. z o.o. in Poland is actively recruiting a Senior Application and Operation Support Engineer to join the IT operations team for a client project. You will guard production environments, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

The role requires ownership of incidents end-to-end, including RCA and preventive actions, with hybrid work (25% remote, 75% on-site) across Warsaw, Gdynia, or Łódź. You will collaborate closely with development and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or production support.
• 2+ years ITIL framework experience.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven incident ownership from alert to RCA.

Responsibilities

• Own RCA process for production incidents.
• Monitor service health and detect anomalies.
• Trigger deployments via CI/CD and manage rollbacks.
• Maintain stable pre-prod and production environments.
• Identify pain points and drive automation and observability.
• Document operational procedures and known issues.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to triage issues.
