Job summary

Klingenburg International in Poland seeks a Production Engineering Coordinator to own the technical performance and continuous improvement of the rotors/wheels fabrication chain, including laser cutting, punching, bending, winding, welding and assembly.

You will lead a 5-person maintenance/engineering team, ensure equipment availability, drive CAPEX projects, and act as the technical authority for fabrication equipment, process setup, troubleshooting and operator training.

Qualifications

• Technical/Engineering degree or equivalent experience-based technical background.
• 5–8 years of experience in sheet-metal fabrication and/or industrial maintenance, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in local plant language; working English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the rotors/wheels process chain (laser cutting, punching, bending, winding, welding, assembly).
• Guarantee equipment availability and process capability through leadership of the maintenance team.
