GE Aerospace Poland Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks an Advanced Lead Engineer to own mechanical analysis for BGA turboprop engines.

You will lead FEA activities, apply solid engineering principles, and coordinate a small team to deliver high‑quality results that meet safety and performance standards. The role offers a flexible, hybrid work model near Warsaw, ongoing professional development, and exposure to global aerospace projects.

Qualifications

MSc/BSc in Engineering
Experience relevant to indicated position (design engineer, FEA analyst)
Knowledge and strong understanding of Finite element Methods principles
Experience with commercial CAD/CAE package required (ANSYS, Hypermesh, NX)
Advanced FEA skills especially in ANSYS
Knowledge of static, dynamic and modal analysis
Communicative level of written and spoken English language
Must be independent engineer that executes with minimum guidance

Responsibilities

Execute the analysis (structural Finite Element Analysis, hand calculations).
Recommend approach to meet the technical and program requirements.
Implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments.
Monitor and effectively communicate projects status, issues and significant developments.
Participate as a presenter in technical reviews.
