Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in process improvement or project management.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production process data to influence corrective actions.
• Lead data integration into Operations Daily meetings.
• Report performance metrics and identify gaps in performance.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and data tools for data-driven decisions.
• Conduct training on engineering concepts and problem-solving tools.
• Collaborate with plant departments to disseminate critical information.
• Align data visibility to standardized formats and weekly reviews.
