Job summary

Vecten, Warsaw-based AI-native data and technology partner, is hiring a Full-Stack Tech Lead who will own both the code and direction of a small, fast-moving engineering team. You’ll contribute mainly in code—backend Django and frontend React/TypeScript—and steer architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS product.

In addition to shipping features, you’ll mentor peers, set testing and CI/CD standards, perform code reviews, and collaborate with product, design, and ops to align technical plans with

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a full-stack developer with Django and React/TS.
• Experience building production SaaS with multi-tenant architecture.
• Strong PostgreSQL/ORM experience; API design and integration.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring, and setting coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend the core backend (Django) and frontend (React + TypeScript).
• Design and build APIs for users, orders, shipping, and partner tools.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms such as Shopify and Mendrix.
• Scale and optimize cloud hosting on GCP, with AWS on the roadmap.
• Architect and scale the platform toward multi-tenant SaaS.
• Set and enforce standards for code quality, testing (TDD/BDD), and CI/CD.
• Mentor developers and help grow the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to keep technical plans aligned with business goals.
