Job summary

Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice seeks a Product Technical Leader - Aftermarket to drive new and remanufactured products for Commercial Vehicles. You will define product requirements, lead tests, and coordinate with suppliers and customers across Europe.

The role requires mechanical engineering expertise, Catia proficiency, and strong English communication. Remote work is possible, alongside a structured development path within a global high-tech automotive

Qualifications

• Fluent English (min B2) required.
• Engineering mindset including Reverse Engineering.
• Teamwork spirit and creative, dynamic approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement new and remanufactured products for Commercial Vehicles.
• Serve as technical contact in front of OES customers.
• Define product requirements and specs with customers.
• Lead design reviews with suppliers and manage R&D documentation in PLM.
• Define test specs, plans and scope; issue DVP&R.
• Supervise prototypes testing and component integration in tests.
