Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Kraków, Poland, seeks an experienced Product Owner for VMEX to drive media workflows, integrations, and technical health. You will translate complex requirements into actionable inputs for engineering and UX teams while prioritizing backlog and automation testing.

This role collaborates with Product Managers and Architects to ensure a robust, scalable solution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, agile methods, and experience with system

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Strong software development and architecture background.
Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
Experience with system integrations, APIs and enterprise platforms.
Experience validating acceptance criteria and releases.
Experience balancing new product development with reducing technical debt.
Experience using Jira, Figma, Confluence.
Ability to translate complex requirements for developers, UX and non-technical staff.
Proactive attitude toward solving complex problems and aligning stakeholders.
Experience in Law Enforcement/Public Safety systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the backlog for VMEX media workflows.
Drive the product vision and requirements for seamless integrations with 3rd-party systems.
Actively manage, categorize, and prioritize technical debt in the backlog.
Champion automation testing from a product perspective with clear acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Managers to align roadmaps and define requirements.
Partner with UX Designers and System Architects to prepare well-defined inputs for development teams.
Maintain backlog flow with Scrum methodologies.
Review and prioritize backlog for release and sprint planning.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and communicate with engineering teams.
