Job summary

MMDSmart is seeking a Product Owner to join our growing product team in Poland. You will own product functionality from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, collaborating with technical teams, product designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions that support scalability and efficiency.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in Agile environments, strong English, and experience with B2B product management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Technically proficient with the ability to grasp high-level architecture and concepts.
• Experience in a software development company focusing on web applications.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to align on vision and core functionalities.
• Define product features based on customer needs, provide progress updates, and present outcomes.
• Manage the product backlog: break down features into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize.
• Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities.
• Monitor product progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

What will you do at MMDSmart?

You are a perfect match if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Technically proficient: able to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts
• Previous experience in a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
