Job summary

Netflix in Warsaw is seeking a Merchandiser for Central and Eastern Europe to shape local member experiences, coordinate catalog activations, and collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Product teams. You’ll lead the local merchandising calendar, craft messaging, and drive data-informed decisions to deliver culturally resonant activations across surfaces and formats.

Native Polish and fluent English are required; experience with local markets in CEE is a plus.

• Experience shaping merchandising across Central and Eastern Europe markets.
• Ability to turn consumer insights into actionable merchandising tactics.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Content and Product.
