Synerise is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how the market understands behavioral AI infrastructure. You will own product communication end to end, from positioning to use cases, film, visuals and copy, and publish it.
You will drive the product communication plan across regions and partners, ensuring sales and partners have ready-to-use materials and narratives. You will collaborate with product, engineering and design to write rules for how Synerise explains its products, scale
Synerise helps organizations understand the people they serve and act on that understanding in real time. The platform captures behavior across every channel, digital and physical. It predicts what each person will do next and decides the next best action while the interaction is still happening.
Everything runs on one behavioral AI infrastructure, built by Synerise from the ground up: the proprietary TerrariumDB real-time database and proprietary behavioral AI models, including the BaseModel.ai foundation model and Cleora.ai graph embeddings. Personalization, search, communication and automated decisions learn from the same data and get smarter together. The same infrastructure powers AI agents that work directly with customers and teams.
Synerise runs in production for organizations in retail, banking, telco and media, with more than 500 deployments in 49 countries on six continents. Clients and partners include Carrefour, Nike, InPost, Orange, dunnhumby and VTEX. More than 300 people build it across three continents, from our Kraków headquarters and teams in Warsaw, London and remote locations worldwide. We work by five values: meritocracy, courage to disrupt, empathy, reliability and responsibility.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape how the market understands behavioral AI infrastructure.
You can be based in Europe (EU + UK), Latin America, the US or Canada, working hybrid or remote.
Own Product Communication End to End – take each release from positioning to finished use cases, film, visual and text, and publish it. Use cases come first: each one maps to a target industry and buyer, ready for the next sales conversation.
Run the Product Communication Plan – decide what the market hears, when and in which format, following go-to-market priorities for each region, segment and partner channel.
Equip Go-to-Market – make sure every major release ships with what sales and partners need to sell it: use cases, demo narratives, decks and one-pagers, adapted for each region and for partners such as VTEX, dunnhumby or Deloitte.
Set the Standard and Scale Production – write the rules for how Synerise explains its products and be the last review before anything ships. Scale production together with designers and product teams, using Synerise itself alongside other tools.
Build the Product Voice on Social – grow an audience that follows Synerise for its product thinking.
Drive Adoption – work with product, engineering, business, design and implementation teams to turn releases into usage and pipeline, and track both.
The market understands what changes when the platform becomes the operator.
Every major release reaches each region and partner channel with a clear story and ready use cases.
Sales and partners use your materials in deals from day one.
Customers adopt new capabilities faster.
Synerise grows an audience that follows it for its product thinking.
You have experience in product marketing or product communication for B2B technology, ideally AI, data or enterprise platforms.
You have explained a complex product to a market that didn't understand it yet, and your portfolio proves it: video, visuals and text.
You've shipped launches as part of a go-to-market plan, with sales and partners ready on day one.
You get technical fast. Foundation models, graph embeddings and real-time databases don't slow you down.
You hold a standard and defend it, with reasons, in every review.
You run complex calendars across teams and continents, and ship on time.
You know how to scale your own production every day.
You've got the grit needed to hack the growth.
You are fluent in English (Polish, Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus).
You can script, shoot or cut a product film yourself.
You've grown a B2B tech audience on social with product content.
Experience running paid media and social campaigns.
You've worked in-house at a brand in retail, telco, banking, travel, gaming or a similar industry.
Cutting-edge AI technology – work with proprietary behavioral AI models that beat Google DeepMind and Meta AI on public benchmarks.
A category in the making – shape how the market understands behavioral AI infrastructure while that understanding is still being formed.
A release pipeline worth talking about – behavioral infrastructure keeps unlocking new capabilities, from Brickworks to Synerise Agent.
Ownership and autonomy – own product communication end to end and have a real influence on how Synerise is seen across three regions.
A collaborative environment – work closely with product, engineering, design, business and implementation teams in a flat, fast-moving organization.
Competitive compensation – a salary that reflects your experience, skills and contribution.
