Job summary

Tesco Kraków is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Time API suite and related scheduling work. You will collaborate with engineers, senior leaders and business partners to translate requirements into technical stories and maintain clarity across teams.

The role includes onboarding and evolving APIs while Tesco expands to serve more clients and use cases. The position emphasizes strong communication, prioritisation and problem-solving, with a focus on

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear documentation for engineering teams.
Highly developed stakeholder management skills across engineers and senior leadership.
Strong prioritisation and time management with value-based decisions.
Methodical/analytical approach and problem-solving from first principles.
Ability to learn new product areas quickly and adapt to change.
Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
Team player with ownership and responsiveness.
Strong decision-making with multiple trade-offs.
Expertise in Agile methodologies; writing effective user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Proactively partner with stakeholders on business requirements.
Understand personas the products support.
Prioritise work with business, senior leaders and engineering.
Maintain documentation turning non-technical requirements into technical stories.
Support production issues highlighted by teams.
Initially maintain and develop Time APIs; later support frontend applications that API supports.
