Job summary

InPost is seeking a Data Platform Product Manager to drive the evolution of a modern data platform, enabling scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data capabilities across the organization. You will define the technical roadmap and lead cloud environments, governance, and cross-functional coordination.

The role emphasizes FinOps, DevOps/DataOps practices, and budgeting processes, with remote collaboration within Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing a data platform or technical product.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure Data Services.
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience with DevOps/DataOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with vendors, contracts and procurement processes.
• Understanding budgeting, purchase orders and financial governance processes.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

About the role

We are looking for a Data Platform Product Manager who combines product thinking with a strong understanding of cloud technologies, FinOps and Data Platform operations. In this role, you will drive the evolution of a modern data platform and enable scalable, secure and cost-efficient data capabilities across the organization.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, dbt or Atlan.
• Familiarity with GDPR, AI Act and modern data governance standards.
