Haleon is seeking an experienced In-store Execution & NBA Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap and value delivery across global markets. You will collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Data Science and Design teams to embed AI and machine learning into frontline workflows, empowering field teams to act on opportunities and improve store performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with data/analytics or AI-driven products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across data science, software and design.
• Translate complex data into simple, scalable product experiences.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps and success metrics aligned to commercial outcomes.
• Operate in global, matrixed environments.
• Preferred: owning Next Best Action or recommendation engines at scale.
• Background in retail execution or field sales enablement tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or R for advanced data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for In-store Execution & NBA aligned to GTM goals.
• Translate objectives into initiatives, manage backlog and quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead delivery with cross-functional squads and AI-powered recommendations.
• Partner with Design to deliver end-to-end experiences for retailers, reps and merchandisers.
• Track OKRs, KPIs and report outcomes and value delivery to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales and category leaders for alignment.
• Manage budgets, investments and ROI for the product roadmap.
• Ensure compliance and risk considerations (GDPR, SOX where relevant).
