Aurora Polska Sp. z o.o., part of Aurora Europe GmbH, seeks a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) to strengthen financial planning and reporting for Poland and adjacent markets.

You will partner with Sales, Operations and Global Finance to drive accuracy and transparency across the European organization. The role requires a Master’s degree in Business/Finance and at least 5 years in finance, with Commercial Controlling, FP&A and P&L management experience; proficiency in ERP (Sage) and Power BI

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business/finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance roles, preferably pharma/healthcare/manufacturing.
• Solid background in Commercial Controlling, FP&A, and P&L management.
• Experience with sales and supply chain planning processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Sage is a plus).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI; AI tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure budget accuracy for Polish organization and key European markets as needed.
• Identify risks and opportunities within sales, S&OP, and budgeting processes to support business management and strategy.
• Develop and implement effective sales controlling frameworks and performance measurement tools.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and in-depth performance analyses to support management decisions.
• Monitor key financial metrics and margins; provide data-driven recommendations on business development and market trends.
• Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in collaboration with market leads and operations teams.
• Develop business cases and financial models for new commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze market dynamics and trends, including pricing strategies and telemedicine developments.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and evaluate the financial impact of operational changes.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration across Finance, Sales, and Operations to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• And other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled

Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)

to join our team as soon as possible.

The Finance Manager serves as a key business partner to the European organization with primary financial responsibility for our Polish organization, executing on financial strategy, and business planning and reporting. The role collaborates closely with global teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure financial excellence, processes optimization, and strategic decision-making support at the regional and corporate level. The Finance Manager is also involved in similar activities across our European business as the need may be.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
• Solid background in Commercial Controlling, FP&A, and P&L management.
• Experience with sales and supply chain planning processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Sage is a plus).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, AI tools a plus.
