Darize Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly capable Product Manager to translate product direction into structured, high-quality delivery across multiple development teams and backlogs within an international, fast-moving environment.

The Product Owner defines the what and why; the Product Manager owns the organisation, prioritisation and execution needed to get it delivered well, collaborating with talented teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Job description

We are looking for a highly capable, execution-focused Product Manager who can turn product direction into structured, high-quality delivery across multiple development teams and backlogs. The person will join an ambitious technology organisation undergoing significant change and development. The environment is international, fast-moving and collaborative, with high expectations for both quality and execution.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building digital products, working with strong teams and continuously improving how products are delivered.

The Product Owner owns the what and why. The Product Manager owns much of the organisation, prioritisation and execution required to get it delivered well.
