As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.
Arrive for Business is the fleet mobility platform used by Arrive’s enterprise customers to manage parking, expenses, and mobility spend at scale. Those customers don't just need a place to park — they need their financial workflows to work the way they expect: seamless invoicing, flexible payment methods, and integrations with the tools they already use for expense management. That's the job of the Fleet Billing team.
As Product Manager for Fleet Billing, you’ll own the payment and billing configuration layer that sits at the heart of Arrive for Business. This includes the experiences that let fleet administrators connect payment methods, configure billing flows, and integrate with platforms like Concur. You’ll also own how customers discover, upgrade, and manage their product packages, which is central to our push upmarket toward enterprise.
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of payments (working hand-in-hand with our internal Payments team), enterprise SaaS, partner integrations (e.g. Concur, Expensify, and others), and product package selection. If you like building products that sit inside the financial workflows of large organizations and want to get into the details right genuinely matter, this is the role for you.
The problem space is real. Billing is one of the first things an enterprise customer notices when something is wrong, and one of the last things they notice when it’s right. Building it well matters.
Near-term impact, not just roadmap. You’ll own the follow-through from launch to learning to what comes next.
You’re working at Arrive’s scale. The payment and billing infrastructure you build will be used by enterprise fleet customers across 90+ countries and 20,000 cities.
We’re going upmarket. The shift from SMB to enterprise is the defining strategic story for Arrive for Business, and this team sits at the centre of it.
Earliest start date will be 04. 01. 2027.
