Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Product Manager to own the Digitising the Expert Representative Experience, shaping the product strategy, roadmap and value delivery for digital tools used by Haleon’s Expert Representatives to engage with healthcare professionals worldwide.

You will partner with Engineering, Design and Data teams, manage cross-functional squads, track OKRs and drive market-driven improvements that boost sales force effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including CRM-related solutions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design and business stakeholders.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and success metrics aligned to commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for the Digitising the Expert Representative Experience and align it with GTM Transformation.
• Lead quarterly planning, backlog management and prioritisation to deliver incremental value.
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple squads, managing risks and dependencies.
