Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Product Manager to strengthen the Digital Channels Product Team within the Client Experience Division. The role focuses on translating the digital channels strategy into actionable initiatives and rolling it out across all customer interactions.

You will join an experienced team of Product Managers and collaborate with business and delivery teams to translate the vision into clear deliverables, with a particular focus on managing the P&L of the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product, network or business analyst role in financial services.
• Ability to analyse complex data and processes to inform decisions.
• Experience with BI tools is a strong asset.
• Resilience and adaptability when facing change and uncertainty.
• Proactive approach to embracing and driving change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong initiative and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Translate the digital channels strategy into actionable initiatives.
• Roll out the digital channels plan across customer interactions.
• Own and monitor the P&L for the Digital Channels portfolio.
• Research ideas and collaborate with colleagues to grow revenue.
• Track product success and KPIs; make recommendations
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to deliver deliverables
