• Has reached a satisfactory level of polyvalence in most tasks and processes and can handle escalation with the team leader.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and participates in problem solving sessions.

• Direct access to the function typically requires previous experience in Euroclear or in a back office banking environment.


• Has reached a satisfactory level of polyvalence in most of the tasks and processes of the team. Is able to control adequately most of the processes and elevate when necessary and solve escalation jointly with the team leader.


• Is able to handle some risky operations.


• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the team.


• Contributes in problem solving sessions, raises gaps in working methods, reviews operational procedures in own area of expertise and may participate to projects or initiatives.


• Usually train and coach in some processes.
