Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Digital Asset System Architect (Platform Focus) to define and evolve a scalable Digital Asset Platform. You will act as the technical authority, guiding architecture strategy, governance, and cross-team delivery across cloud-native, DLT, and data platforms.

You will collaborate with engineering, product leaders, and partners to drive reusable patterns, ensure security by design, and accelerate delivery while maintaining coherence across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in platform architecture and cloud-native/distributed systems environments.
• Strong knowledge of DLT and digital asset platforms / blockchain ecosystems.
• Proven ability to define and govern architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of API-driven architectures, event-driven systems, and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Platform Vision and long-term architecture for the Digital Asset Platform.
• Evolve platform capabilities (DLT, APIs, data, integration, security) to meet business needs.
• Governance and assurance: ensure teams follow principles, standards, and patterns.
• Act as Platform Design Authority, reviewing designs and guiding coherence across initiatives.
• Provide guidance, reusable patterns, and best practices to enable efficient, aligned delivery.
