Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery activities including customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research.
• Define product success metrics and monitor product performance after release.
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product objectives.
• Drive product launches with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data, feedback, and market trends.
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Risk Technology Team in the Transaction Monitoring domain. Joining our organization as a Product Manager means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery capabilities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic and high-impact projects and work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Lead product discovery activities including customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product objectives
• Drive product launches together with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role

• Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisionsAbility to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Fluent written and spoken English
