REIZ TECH UAB is expanding its product team and seeks a Product Manager to lead a lending platform area. You will own the roadmap, work with clients to understand needs, and guide delivery teams to implement value-driven features.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours, requires 3+ years in product management, experience in B2B software or financial services is a strong plus, and English fluency. Salary is €3500 gross per month, with development opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Experience in B2B software or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Experience making prioritization decisions, including when information is incomplete or unclear, and explaining the reasoning behind them.
• Ability to get people on board with your decisions without formal authority.
• Experience talking to customers and turning what you learn into product decisions.
• Understanding of how regulation and data privacy affect product work in financial services.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and confidence working with clients, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Open to feedback and willing to adapt to how our team works.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're growing our product team and are looking for a Product Manager to lead a product area of our lending platform. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business, decide what's worth building, and work with the team to deliver it.

You'll own the roadmap for your area and work day to day with delivery teams. We're looking for someone with solid product experience who is happy to grow with our team.
