Project

You will be involved in a Smart Parking & Mobility Platform, focused on building and scaling digital parking services used daily by city drivers. The project covers key areas such as parking payments, subscription-based services, and parking planning, delivered in a product-led startup environment. As a Product Manager, you will own a defined product area end-to-end — from vision and roadmap, through discovery and delivery, to measurement and continuous improvement. You will work closely with a dedicated cross‑functional team (engineering, design, QA) to ensure a coherent, scalable mobility platform.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for a defined area of the smart parking platform (e.g. payments, subscriptions, planning services)
• Translate company and mobility strategy into clear product goals and priorities with measurable outcomes
• Work closely with a dedicated cross‑functional delivery team to deliver high‑quality product increments
• Lead product discovery activities including user interviews, prototyping, usability testing, and experimentation
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Continuously validate product direction using user research, analytics, and market insights
• Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs such as conversion, retention, revenue, and usage
• Identify opportunities to improve end‑to‑end user journeys across web and mobile applications
• Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, owning a product or major product area end-to-end
• Strong understanding of payment systems, subscriptions, or transactional products
• Experience working with agile, cross‑functional delivery teams
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and priorities
• Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience in product analytics and KPI tracking
