Job summary

Signify is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead product compliance, cost optimization, and engineering innovation. You will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Quality to manage changes and maintain documentation, shaping team capabilities for customer-focused solutions.

You will drive design and process improvements, own the Design FMEA after release, and manage budgets and development plans while guiding the team through change processes in PLM systems.

Qualifications

• University diploma in a technical field, preferably manufacturing or engineering.
• Relevant experience in production environment, project management and team management.
• Strong communicator and negotiator.
• Proficient in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams focused on product compliance, cost engineering, and project delivery.
• Drive product updates, reconfigurations, and customizations to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Quality to ensure smooth change approvals.
• Own the Design FMEA process post-commercial release.
• Manage team budgets, headcount, and development plans.
• Oversee change management and keep technical documentation up to date in PLM systems.
