Qualifications

• БSc in Design, CS или смежной области
• 3 года опыта как Digital Product Designer в SaaS, life sciences или динамичной среде
• Глубокое понимание UX-про-дизайна, UX-исследований и тестирования, A/B тестирования, быстрого прототипирования
• Опыт работы с UX- и дизайн-инстру mentами, включая Figma и Dovetail

Responsibilities

• Проводить пользовательские исследования, формировать инсайты и персоны
• Создавать вайфреймы, потоки задач, макеты экранов и интерактивные прототипы
• Дизайн последовательных, удобных цифровых опытов Across платформы
• Разрабатывать концепции продукта, сториборды и прототипы
• Проводить концептуальные и удобные тестирования для валидации решений
• Сотрудничать с гибкой командой для реализации дизайна

Its Digital Health team creates technology solutions that help eye care professionals work effectively, improve patient outcomes, and enhance customer experience, including through innovations in the supply chain for critical eye care products and equipment.

Задачи:

• Conduct user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys
• Create wireframes, task flows, screen mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
• Design consistent, user-friendly digital experiences across platforms, devices, and channels
• Develop product concepts, storyboards, interaction designs, screen flows, and prototypes
• Conduct concept and usability testing to validate and improve solutions
• Collaborate with an agile team to ensure designs are feasible and accurately implemented
• Identify design problems and develop solutions aligned with the brand

Требования:

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• 3 Years of professional experience as a Digital Product Designer in SaaS, life sciences, or a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, user research and testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility
• Expertise in UX software, including Figma and Dovetail
• Ability to work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and design user experiences that meet user needs and vision
• Experience applying human-centered design principles and qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience developing and using component-based design systems
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Curiosity, inquisitiveness, willingness to take appropriate risks, and ability to champion new ideas
• Passion for turning complex concepts into user-friendly digital experiences that follow brand standards and enhance user engagement
• Ability to stay current with UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices
