Job summary

Revolut is seeking Product Design Interns who want to create user-centered experiences, solve design challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that customers love. The Internship Programme is designed for ambitious students, running 8–10 paid weeks.

It’s open to international applicants ready to relocate to Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. Visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation are provided (conditions apply).

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or a related field, graduating in 2028.
• Predicted first‑class degree or equivalent.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for design, innovation, and customer‑first experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, diverse team environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Full‑time availability for summer 2027.
• Ability to attend a Revolut office in country of employment at least 3 days per week (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes addressing customer needs.
• Supporting research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Applying insights to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Engineers, and Researchers to ship features.
• Presenting findings and design proposals to stakeholders.
• Managing project tasks, tracking progress, and sharing updates with global teams.
• Receiving feedback and guidance through regular reviews.
