Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a data management specialist to validate, centralize, and govern product data across core systems. You will upload data into a PIM, resolve gaps with stakeholders, and support business teams with data usage issues.

You will clearly communicate data requirements to both business and technical partners, track launch status, and maintain syndication templates in inRiver, enabling accurate product launches for Fortune 500 and top startups.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts.
Understanding of data lifecycle.
Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship.
Experience with PIM tools (inRiver, Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate.
Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
Support business teams with product data usage issues.
Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines.
Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
