Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data Steward to own how product information moves from business teams to market. You'll validate, enrich, and syndicate data through inRiver across channels, addressing data gaps at the source and maintaining accurate, channel-ready product data.

This cross-functional role requires a data-driven mindset, strong Excel skills, and clear communication with stakeholders to meet launch timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Experience with multiple data management tools.
• Experience with inRiver or other PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Validate product data across core systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data issues across channels.
• Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates in inRiver.
