Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data Steward to own how product information moves from business teams to market, validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across channels. This cross-functional role offers breadth from resolving data gaps at the source to maintaining syndication templates and ensuring channel-ready product data.

You will work with stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with launch timelines, create and report on product data status, and reconfigure syndication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Experience using multiple tools for data management and stewardship.
• Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English level.

Responsibilities

• Validate product data across core systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data issues across channels.
• Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates in inRiver.
