AgileEngine is seeking a Data Steward to own how product information moves from business teams to market—validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across every channel. This cross-functional role involves resolving data gaps at the source, maintaining syndication templates, and keeping product data accurate and channel-ready throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data management.
• Understanding of data lifecycle.
• Experience with multiple data management tools.
• Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo).
• Experience with PIM data syndication for retailers or marketplaces.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Fluent English level.

Responsibilities

• Validate product data across core systems to ensure completeness and accuracy;
• Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;
• Support business teams with product data issues across channels;
• Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with product launch timelines;
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;
• Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates in inRiver.
