Job summary

Awin in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to help our product teams make better decisions by bringing quantitative evidence into discovery, prioritisation, experimentation and delivery. Sitting within our Product & Tech organisation, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and Engineers to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence.

You’ll connect behavioural product data with qualitative research and commercial insight to help teams identify

Qualifications

Experience in product analytics, product data or BI roles.
Proficient in SQL and able to handle large datasets.
Experience with analytics platforms like Amplitude and BI tools.
Skilled at defining hypotheses, metrics and success criteria.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional product teams to shape strategy using data.
Turn goals and hypotheses into measurable outcomes and metrics.
Analyze journeys, funnels, activation, engagement and retention.
Identify patterns and opportunities for product improvement.
Build dashboards and self-service reports linking product performance to business outcomes.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define tracking and instrumentation.
Design and evaluate experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics.
