Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions in Gdańsk, Poland, is seeking a Systems Engineer to translate product requirements into comprehensive system solutions, overseeing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, with emphasis on cost, schedule and performance targets.

You will decompose requirements, conduct risk analysis, manage architecture and configurations, and drive cross‑team collaboration to improve system reliability and overall quality.

Qualifications

• Seasoned professional contributor (a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience).
• University degree preferred technical.
• Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis for the decomposition of customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system and part requirements and develops verification criteria and plans for the requirements.
• Defines objectives for requirements management, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, evaluation measurements, and other disciplines for large or complex projects.
• Researches and evaluates investments or changes in technology, resources, procedures, equipment, systems, or other assets to improve the quality of the organization.
• Manages content in Confluence and JIRA for projects including creation of meaningful dashboards

As a Systems Engineer in Aritech, you will play a key role in transforming product requirements into comprehensive system solutions. You will oversee technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Your responsibilities include requirements decomposition, risk analysis, configuration management, and architectural exploration. Additionally, you will drive process optimization, reliability, and cross-team coordination to enhance system effectiveness and overall organizational quality.

Role Description:

• Seasoned Systems Engineering professional, working independently. Converts product requirements into total system solutions, implements common work practices.
• Performs analysis at all levels of the total system product including concept, design, industrialization, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware, software and mechanical specifications.
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs architectural exploration. Decomposes customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system and piece part requirements and generates verification criteria and plans for the requirements.

Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
