Job summary

Philip Morris International is offering a paid internship in Kraków with a hybrid work pattern. The role focuses on end-to-end DIM, Semis and Leaf call-off orders, inventory optimization, and supplier performance tracking within SAP/MRP environments.

We seek 4th/5th year students or graduates with a relevant technical background, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. The position requires a minimum of 35 hours per week and is based in Poland.

Qualifications

• 4th/5th year student or recent graduate (≤1 year after graduation) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economy, Management or Engineering.
• Full-time availability of minimum 35 hours per week.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end call-off orders (DIM, Semis, Leaf) with planning, analysis and collaboration with Production Planning.
• Maintain DIM/Semis/Leaf inventory, minimize LOGD and aging stock.
• Track vendor OTIF and respond to rush orders.
• Maintain SAP material master data (MRP views) for DIM/Semis/Leaf; propose SAP/MRP improvements.
