A leading agricultural solutions company is seeking a professional to support users in procurement processes in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, and be fluent in English and German. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work and office presence, while ensuring effective communication across functions to enhance operational efficiencies.

• Support users in navigating the buying and paying process, while actively guiding them through changes in tools and processes to ensure smooth adoption and understanding.
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide S2P training sessions.
• Facilitate regular meetings with Key users (in English and German) to share updates, gather insights and co‑create solutions.
• Handle escalations and procurement queries.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to drive improvements in S2P and Procurement operations.
• Translate local business insights and needs into valuable input for global S2P organization.
• Use data storytelling and digital technologies (including AI) to deliver innovative solutions, uncover insights and boost efficiency, collaboration and communication with other Bayer teams.
• Ensure smooth communication across Bayer functions to solve queries and deliver best business‑oriented solutions.

Who you are:

• Master’s degree (e.g. Economics, Management, Procurement and similar).
• Fluent in English and German languages on B2/C1 level.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Source‑to‑Pay, Accounting or Supply Chain (including SAP system).
• High organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward updates and implementing changes (process, tools, local procedures).
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people and building relationships.
• Curious mind who embraces change and seeks solutions and continuous improvement.
• Team player who's comfortable working across functions and cultures.
