Job summary

OPmobility is a world-leading provider of innovative solutions for mobility. The role supports the Purchasing Department in RFQ analysis, supplier negotiations, and documentation, while collaborating across program teams to drive cost reductions and supplier performance.

As an INGOAL Key User, you will ensure process adherence, coordinate with other users, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, with English communication essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

• BTS level required.
• Oral and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of the main purchasing practices, procedures and policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MFG PRO.

Responsibilities

• Be direct contact for end users: Provides support to users in its functional area, Maintains local reference documentation up to date.
• Be guarantor of processes and continuous improvement: Ensures INGOAL management processes and rules are applied, Defines improvement actions in the progress plan, Coordinates actions with other Key Users of the plant/entity, Participates in the functional network of Key Users.
• Participate in program planning and progress meetings as required.
• Prepare correspondence for internal and external communication.
• Support other positions in the service and special projects as required.
• Other tasks possibly assigned.
