• Effectively communicated procurement messages across levels of the organization.
• Developed and analyzed purchasing reports to track savings and performance.

Responsibilities

• Be custodian of the Price List and terms update in ERP systems.
• Liaise with departments to track inventory, vendor data, and process issues.
• Track addressed spend and procurement performance; ensure data is provided for reports.
• Publish reports and coordinate with CPMs to meet business needs.
• Price list management and vendor data maintenance in ERP.
• Develop and maintain vendor lists and performance history reports.
• Conduct RFQs/RFPs and e-auctions; support in vendor response distribution.
