Job summary

Takeda Lodz seeks a Sr. Procurement Experience Agent to support day-to-day procurement activities with a focus on outstanding people experience. You will assist super users, guide suppliers to preferred channels and execute tasks on their behalf to improve cycle time and consistency.

The role requires strong knowledge of source-to-pay processes, vendor enablement, and collaboration with multiple GFCOE towers. English fluency and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of supplier management and enablement experience.
• Fluent in English with business-level fluency in the region.
• Knowledgeable in vendor creation and deactivation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier selection, onboarding and TPORM processes.
• Ensure supplier information is up to date in relevant systems.
• Coordinate with GFCOE and CO teams to ensure continuity.
• Provide user support for Malbek and related procurement tools.
• Assist onboarding and supervision of Procurement Agents.
• Champion continuous improvement and proactive issue resolution.
